If all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched promptly.

For pre-order items, the shipping time shall be subject to the information stated on the product page.

During peak order periods (new product launches and holidays), please allow a few extra working days for order processing.

Please note: Once the package is collected by the postal service provider, we will no longer be able to control its delivery progress. However, we will provide you with a tracking number.

We deliver to Europe and the United States. Please be advised that some items are subject to shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to certain regions.
