Definitely yes. New crystals will absorb miscellaneous energy during production and transportation. Recommended cleansing methods:

• Smoke purification with sage or holy wood (most universal)

• Place on crystal cluster or geode for one night

• Rinse with running water for 3-5 minutes (non-fading crystals only)

• Charge under moonlight (full moon is the best) for one night
Note: Do not expose to direct sunlight, otherwise amethyst, rose quartz and citrine will fade.

• Daily wear: Cleanse once a month

• Frequent wearing: Cleanse once a week

• Cleanse immediately after visiting hospitals, cemeteries or places with heavy negative energy.

• Take off the crystal jewelry when bathing, swimming or exercising to avoid corrosion by chemicals, collision and sweat damage.

• Keep away from direct sunlight, high temperature and cosmetics (perfume, lotion, etc.).

• Store in a separate jewelry box when not wearing to prevent scratches.

• Metal accessories are consumables, fading is normal. Paid maintenance service is available.

It is not recommended to wear most crystals when sleeping:

• Amethyst, moonstone, aquamarine may affect sleep quality and cause vivid dreams.

• Black obsidian, clear quartz can be worn for anti-nightmare and energy grounding.
It is recommended to place the crystal beside the bed or in the jewelry box instead of wearing it.

Please contact customer service with clear photos and videos of the product and package within 48 hours after signing. After verification, we will provide free reshipment, replacement or full refund, and bear all the return shipping costs.

Due to the natural, handmade and energy-blessed attributes of crystal products, we do not accept no-reason returns for non-quality problems. Personalized, custom and energy-blessed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after sale.

Custom-made crystal pieces are not recommended for gifting. Brand-new unworn crystals can be given as gifts. Crystals worn for more than 3 months are not recommended to be given away, as they have been bonded with your personal magnetic field.
