Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a proper solution.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalized crystal products

- Final sale / clearance items

- Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
